Order Processing
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled within 1–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Our website will reflect any fulfillment delays as they occur, so check back if you have any concerns about timing.
Summer Shipping Policy
While we are based in Georgia, heat is a real concern for wax-based products during the warmer months. From June 1 through August 31, our Summer Shipping Policy applies to all wax products — including candles, wax melts, and any other heat-sensitive items.
During this period, wax products will only ship Monday through Wednesday. This ensures your package is not sitting in a hot warehouse, truck, or mailbox over the weekend. We take this step because we stand behind the quality of our products and want them to arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
