Refund Policy

We are a small batch, handmade business and take great care in the quality of every product we make and ship. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us — if something isn't right, please reach out before anything else. We would rather hear from you and find a solution than have you walk away unhappy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. We also do not offer refunds based on fragrance preference — we work hard to describe every scent accurately and in detail so you can shop with confidence.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a genuine defect in the product, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion depending on the situation. Damage claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost, reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
